Overseer Dean heard the call and charge of the Lord to step out and serve God’s people by starting Revival Fire Global Ministries: an evangelical, traveling ministry geared toward cultivating gifts in God’s people, while setting foundation back to God’s church and bringing back the FIRE to God’s leadership. Revival Fire Global Ministries has been a huge blessing to everyone that has encountered the ministry. Through this ministry, the Encounter God Conference was birthed and has been an annual event in the Cincinnati area since 2014. The Encounter God Conference has garnered and introduced some of today’s best up-coming preachers, prophets, psalmist and ministries to the Cincinnati community and continues to be a blessing to the community today.

Overseer Dean is the founder of The Revival Center at Cincinnati; a place where the mission is to help revive the total Man: The Spirit, mind, body and soul through teaching, preaching, worship, and prophecy. The Revival Center at Cincinnati’s mission is to help people in the surrounding communities’ perfect holiness while living everyday lives. The purpose is to bring change to a world through prayer, praise and worship, the preached word, and the love of the Father.

Overseer Dean reflects the character of a servant by helping others with an open heart and mind. He serves the people of God in the community by giving back and serving those who are in need. He is not afraid to open up his heart and soul and honestly sing about the gospel of Jesus Christ. Overseer Dean’s desire is that the children of Christ would love God and worship Him in spirit and in truth. He has been mandated by the Holy Spirit to evangelize the hurting and lost and to activate the fire of God in their lives. He is the voice for this generation!
